Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as per operational standards.
  
• Manage daily retail sales activities and customer interactions.
  
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
  
• Handle billing and basic computer-based store operations.
  
• Monitor stock movement and report replenishment needs.
  
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
  
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning.
  
• Support achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  

Required Skills

• Retail Sales Ability to convert walk-in customers into buyers.
  
• Store Operations Knowledge of daily retail store management.
  
• Computer Knowledge Basic system operation and billing activities.
  
• Reading Skills Ability to understand product and operational information.
  
• Customer Service Professional customer handling and communication.
  

Preferred Skills

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 23 years of experience in retail sales and store operations. Experience handling store opening and closing procedures and customer-facing retail environments is mandatory.

Education

• Minimum: Typical Any Degree / Diploma
  
• Preferred: Retail-related qualification
