Facilitates the implementation of the Business Process Management System including process documentation process measures dashboards reviews and improvement opportunity identification.

Organizes leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.

Deliver relevant Quality and business improvement training programs across the business.

Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
