Position: Senior Executive - Imaging (Photography & AI) Department: Creative Role Overview The Senior Executive - Imaging will be responsible for leading image production workflows across photography post-production and AI-powered imaging solutions. This role combines technical expertise, visual quality control, and workflow optimization to ensure high-quality outputs for catalog, campaigns, social media, and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Execute advanced image retouching, color correction, compositing, and quality enhancement. Manage AI-assisted image generation, editing, background creation, and workflow automation. Ensure visual consistency across all brand assets. Review and approve image outputs before final delivery. Collaborate with photographers, designers, and content teams during production cycles. Develop efficient imaging workflows utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies. Mentor junior imaging team members and support skill development. Maintain image libraries, asset organization, and version control. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality benchmarks. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in image editing, retouching, or post-production. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and related imaging software. Hands-on experience with AI imaging tools and workflows. Strong understanding of photography, lighting, composition, and color management. Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines. Success Measures Quality and consistency of delivered imagery. Turnaround time for image production. Reduction of manual effort through AI-enabled workflows. Team support and workflow improvements. Accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
