QA Tester (Automation)

Job Description:

• Design develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium (Java) and/or Playwright

• Write and execute automated test scripts for web applications

• Perform API testing using tools like Postman Rest Assured or equivalent

• Validate backend data through database testing (SQL queries data integrity checks)

• Collaborate with developers product managers and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Analyze test results identify defects and track them to closure

• Ensure test coverage quality standards and best practices are followed

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
