As we scale our technology team we are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and optimize high-performance services.

Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to streamline and automate our cloud infrastructure CI/CD pipelines and security processes. You will work closely with backend frontend and data teams to ensure scalability reliability and security of our fintech applications running on AWS and GCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

• Manage and optimize AWS and GCP infrastructure ensuring high availability and security.

• Automate provisioning and configuration management using Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.

• Monitor and optimize system performance using Prometheus Grafana or CloudWatch.

• Implement security best practices including IAM roles VPC configurations and encryption.

• Work with Docker and Kubernetes to orchestrate containerized applications.

• Optimize database performance and backup strategies for MySQL and DynamoDB.

• Collaborate with development teams to enhance system scalability and fault tolerance.

• Ensure compliance with SAMA UAE Central Bank and other fintech regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years in DevOps cloud infrastructure or site reliability engineering.

• Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS and GCP services.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.

• Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• CI/CD Pipelines: Expertise in Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD or ArgoCD.

• Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack or CloudWatch.

• Security & Compliance: Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements for fintech applications.

• Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting skills in Python Bash or Go.

• Networking: Experience with VPCs load balancers firewalls and DNS configurations.
