Description

The Channel Support Officer (MIS & Excel) at SIP Academy will be responsible for providing essential support to our channel partners through effective data management and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Excel and experience with MIS, playing a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our channel operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to channel partners in managing their accounts.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports using MIS and Excel.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of the database.
• Respond to inquiries from channel partners and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in channel support.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
• Experience with management information systems (MIS) and data management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
