Position Details:

Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

Department: Marketing

Location: Visnagar/Mehsana/Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Freshers can Apply)

Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

· Market bench consultants to vendors and direct clients across the US market.

· Identify and prioritize requirements through job portals and vendor networks.

· Manage consultant submissions and follow up with clients and vendors.

· Maintain POCs with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.

· Negotiate rates and close placements successfully.

· Coordinate interviews and support consultants throughout the hiring process.

· Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.

· Maintain accurate records of consultants, vendors, and placements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· 0–2 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Recruitment (preferred).

· Good understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn is an advantage.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
