Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment for domestic and international hiring
• Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records
• Support policy development and organizational growth
• Guide employees and foster a positive, high-performance work culture
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate with Public Relations and Legal Compliance teams
• Handle employee inquiries, disciplinary matters, and grievances

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of statutory labor laws
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment (domestic & international)
• Proficiency in payroll, attendance, and employee data management
• Strong leadership, communication, and policy implementation skills
