Job description

Bachelor's degree in Management / Professional Qualification with 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant discipline from a recognized University/ Institute.

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on quantitative and aptitude methods.
  • Update and enhance existing training materials to align with current educational standards and industry requirements.
  • Utilize various teaching methods, including lectures, group activities, and practical exercises.
  • Organize and participate in outreach activities to raise awareness about the importance of quant training.
  • Proven experience in teaching or training in quantitative methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Passionate about student development and education.
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Familiarity with the education sector and understanding of university dynamics.
