Position: Billing & Revenue Operations Lead / Manager

Location: 5 Days work from office

Shift: US business hours, 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Total Experience: 8 - 12 years

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

- At least 8+ years prior experience in accounting & in SaaS recurring revenue billing.

- Experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, practice management would be a plus.

- Ability to automate process.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.

- Roll-up the sleeve and strong team player.

- Genuine desire to do the right thing for our customers.

- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly professional.

- Work in an extremely fast-paced environment.

- Can multitask and adjust priorities on-the-fly requirements.

- Experience with a CRM system.

- Self-discipline to manage the position on a day-to-day basis.

WHAT WILL YOU BE ACCOMPLISHING:

- Prepare invoices generate accurate and timely invoices.

- Review contracts and apply appropriate rates to invoices.

- Reconcile invoicing with system usage.

- Implementation of pricing changes.

- Processing daily batches.

- Accounts receivable contact customers regarding outstanding payments due.

- Assist with notification of decline in credit card charges and that their dues are collected in a timely manner.

- Accounts payable verification, reconciliation and analysis of AP.

- Project support.

- Perform reconciliations as needed.

- Understand and improve processes.

- Tie inter-departmental communications to ensure operations, engineering, support, sales and onboarding are operating with the same information.

- Rollup sleeves and do whatever it takes to the get the job done Accounting, Administration and other aspects of the business.

- Handle customer queries and other accounting related issues.

- Any other duties that may arise from time to time.
