Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect with strong expertise in the Integration domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across enterprise systems, while working in complex and regulated environments.

Mandatory Skills (Pre-screening Criteria) :

- Minimum 11 to 15+ years of IT experience

- At least 4 to 5 years as an Integration/Solution Architect (current role mandatory)

- Hands-on experience with integration platforms/tools, such as :

1. Workato

2. MuleSoft

3. TIBCO

4. Boomi

5. webMethods

6. IBM WebSphere

- Strong exposure to cloud environments : AWS, Azure, Red Hat, or similar

- Experience in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS architectures

- Notice period : Max 30 days

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end enterprise integration solutions across diverse systems and platforms

- Work on private, public, and hybrid cloud architectures

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

- Ensure alignment with architecture standards, governance, and best practices

- Lead system integration efforts across large-scale IT programs

- Drive technical decision-making and provide innovative solutions to business challenges

- Guide and mentor teams to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes

Preferred Experience :

- Experience working in government or highly regulated environments

- Exposure to large enterprise IT operations and transformation programs

- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience

- Proven ability to handle ambiguity and complex problem-solving scenarios
