This role will work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to deliver products that create measurable value for customers and support business growth.

Position Summary :

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering customer and stakeholder requirements, managing product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, analytical thinking, customer empathy, and technical understanding to deliver products that solve real-world healthcare challenges while supporting company objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.

- Develop business cases and prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact.

- Collaborate with leadership to align product investments with strategic goals.

- Create and maintain product roadmaps.

- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and technical considerations.

- Ensure roadmap transparency across stakeholders.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and competitive intelligence.

- Conduct customer interviews and product discovery sessions.

- Understand user workflows and pain points to identify opportunities for innovation.

- Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements.

- Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, QA, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

- Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment across teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Support change management and product adoption initiatives.

- Lead product development initiatives from concept through launch.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.

- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and dependencies.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.

- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.

- Analyze user behavior, product adoption, and customer satisfaction data.

- Identify opportunities for product optimization and growth.

- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of Product Management experience within a SaaS or technology environment.

- Proven experience managing software products through the full product lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
