Role Overview :

As a Solution Architect, you will serve as the technical anchor for high-stakes enterprise projects, bridging the gap between intricate business requirements and scalable software engineering. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to design and implement robust .Net-based ecosystems.

Your day-to-day will involve defining technical roadmaps, ensuring architectural integrity, and mentoring high-performing teams to deliver solutions that directly influence business performance and customer experience. This role is based in Bangalore and requires a leader capable of navigating complex technical landscapes to drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and document end-to-end software architectures using .Net Core and microservices to ensure system scalability and high availability for enterprise clients.

- Lead the technical migration of legacy monolithic applications into modular, cloud-ready microservices to improve deployment velocity and system reliability.

- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across development teams to maintain high code quality and maintainability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications that align with long-term organizational goals.

- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and performance tuning to optimize application throughput and resource utilization in high-traffic environments.

- Mentor senior developers and lead engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 12 - 18 years of professional experience in designing and developing large-scale enterprise applications within the .Net ecosystem.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in C#, ASP.Net, and .Net Core, with a proven ability to architect complex, distributed systems.

- Exhibit advanced proficiency in microservices architecture, including service discovery, API gateway patterns, and inter-service communication.

- Apply industry-standard design patterns to solve complex architectural challenges and improve system modularity.

- Utilize LINQ and advanced data access techniques to build high-performance data-driven applications.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Showcase strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to influence architectural decisions and guide teams through technical transitions.

- Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Bangalore.
