Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Bengaluru. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in React.js and Node.js, along with exposure to modern AI technologies and LLM-powered applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while integrating AI services to create intelligent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.

- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

- Integrate AI/LLM services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar platforms into applications.

- Develop AI-powered workflows including chatbots, copilots, document processing, search, and recommendation systems.

- Work with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills :

1. Frontend :

- Strong proficiency in React.js.

- Experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.

- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.

- Understanding of responsive design and frontend performance optimization.

2. Backend :

- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.

- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.

- Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).

- Experience with database design and optimization.

3. Databases :

- MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.

- Understanding of data modeling and query optimization.

4. AI/ML Exposure :

- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, etc.).

- Understanding of prompt engineering techniques.

- Familiarity with RAG pipelines and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.

- Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex is a plus.

- Exposure to AI agent architectures and workflow automation is desirable.

5. Cloud & DevOps :

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with Git and modern development workflows.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2- 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

- Demonstrated experience delivering production-grade web applications.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building AI-powered SaaS products.

- Knowledge of vector search and semantic retrieval systems.

- Experience with real-time applications using WebSockets.

- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.

- Contributions to open-source projects or personal AI projects.
