Globant - ServiceNow Application Architect

Job Description :

ServiceNow Application Architect plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformation for medium to large-size :

Responsible for the architecture, design, and drive implementation/integration of the ServiceNow product and Integration with other systems.

Also responsible for ensuring that the solution delivered to business units is engineered in according to corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience working in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- Has hands-on experience developing solutions using appropriate components of the ServiceNow platform.

- Knowledge on platform EC Pro, HRSD and integration.

- Know best practices, guide team, provide architectural solutions.

- If team is stuck anywhere, propose the solution, review and approve the solutions.

- Prepare architectural docs, flows also.

- Knowledge in architecting solutions for ServiceNow or similar ITIL implementations.

- Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; understanding of application life-cycle management.

- Ability to develop design documents addressing a solution's business, infrastructure, security, support, and operational needs.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and understandably.

- Ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead assignments/teams and mentor others. Provide excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

- Preferred if Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect.
