LTM - SAP Test Engineer - TOSCA Automation

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for SAP applications using Tosca.

- Perform system, integration, end-to-end, regression, and functional testing across SAP landscapes.

- Validate business processes across OTC, DTS, Vistex, and FTM modules.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define effective test strategies.

- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure high test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery of testing milestones.

- Mentor junior team members and promote testing best practices across the team.

- Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, execution reports, and documentation.

Required Skills :

- 8-10 years of overall experience in software testing and test automation.

- Minimum 4 years of SAP testing experience across OTC, DTS, Vistex, and FTM.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Tosca Automation.

- Strong expertise in system testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, and automation frameworks.

- Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD integration.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Tosca Automation Certification is preferred.

- Experience in the Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain is an advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and continuously enhance technical expertise.
