Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for Education Infrastructure Loans. The role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions for infrastructure-related products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

. Identify and engage prospective clients in the education sector, including schools, colleges, and universities.
. Promote and sell infrastructure loans
. Understand customer requirements / channel Partners
. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, channel partners , key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
. Coordinate with internal teams

Skills:

. Knowledge of public/private education infrastructure funding models
. Strong understanding of sales processes and the education sector.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
. Willingness to travel as required.
