The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• Develop and maintain strong working knowledge in one or more Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingID, and PingOne, with a focus on secure access management, governance, and SSO enablement.
• Provide end-to-end production support for access management platforms, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and adherence to operational SLAs and governance standards.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to support SSO onboarding, integration activities, and platform enhancements, while continuously building domain expertise.
• Demonstrate the ability to balance production support and engineering-driven initiatives, adapting to dynamic team priorities and business requirements.
• Participate in planned change implementations (including weekends) and provide support during disaster recovery events and critical incidents outside standard business hours.
• Work in a rotational shift model (Early Morning & Afternoon shifts) to ensure global coverage and operational continuity.
• Contribute to automation initiatives using scripting or programming. Exposure to AI/ML-driven operational improvements is an added advantage.
• Utilize tools such as ServiceNow for efficient incident, problem, and change management, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Proactively learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and security capabilities introduced within the access management ecosystem.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
