Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure smooth project execution by monitoring milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Implement best project management methodologies and practices for efficient workflows.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Assign responsibilities and tasks to team members, ensuring clear accountability.
• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high team performance.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.

Risk Management & Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues, roadblocks, and conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Ensure projects are completed within financial constraints and optimize cost efficiency.
• Work closely with finance and procurement teams for smooth resource allocation.
