Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, and buildings.
• Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather relevant data.
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations during project design and execution.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools for design and analysis.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Project management experience is a plus.
