Must have skills : AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Agile Requirement Management Good to have skills : Agile Project Management Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Forward Deployed Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating the deployment of artificial intelligence workflows and architectures across a variety of technology platforms. This role requires facilitating the design of solutions that seamlessly integrate into an enterprise's technology ecosystem, ensuring compatibility with multiple artificial intelligence models and providers. The position demands active engagement with diverse teams to align deployment strategies and optimize the implementation of complex AI systems within the organizational infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of deployment activities to ensure timely and efficient integration of AI workflows. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize deployment processes and technology integration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Agile Requirement Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management. - Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence system architectures and their deployment methodologies. - Experience in integrating AI models with enterprise technology stacks and multi-provider platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges in AI workflows. - Familiarity with collaborative tools and practices to support cross-functional team engagement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
