Your main responsibility is to design, implement, and ensure the complete operational dependability, efficiency, and continuity of the plant's auxiliary infrastructure, converting water treatment systems, power backup, central cooling, and high/-pressure pneumatics into a continuous base for high/-volume injection molding machines and cleanroom assemblies. As the "Guardian of Plant Utilities," you assume direct execution responsibility for industrial air compressors, pumping networks, backup power grids, cooling towers, and centralized water/-cooled chillers. Key Skills/: Thermodynamic and pipe Isometric Schematic Literacy/: Outstanding ability to correctly interpret intricate multi/-page HVAC blueprints, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams /(P&IDs/), and structural plant pipe layouts. Practical proficiency in monitoring compressor loading cycles, tracking refrigerant pressure declines, adjusting expansion valves, and identifying central pump cavitations is known as industrial refrigeration and pneumatics diagnostic fluency. Water Chemistry Management & Scale Prevention/: A strong grasp of corrosion indices, chemical dosing setups, water softener regeneration, and industrial water processing. Critical Infrastructure Team Management & Resource Coordination/: Capable of leading technician teams and third/-party facility contractors during high/-stress utility overhauls or plant/-wide shutdown maintenance windows.
