Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced .NET MAUI Technical Lead to drive the development, modernization, and delivery of enterprise-scale mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET MAUI, Xamarin Forms, Android development, and enterprise mobile architecture. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, mentoring capabilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor mobile application development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Drive architecture design and technical decision-making for enterprise mobile applications.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using .NET MAUI and Xamarin Forms.

- Lead modernization initiatives from legacy mobile frameworks to .NET MAUI.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to define technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and engineering best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.

- Design and implement scalable mobile application architecture for Android platforms.

- Integrate mobile applications with backend systems using REST APIs and web services.

- Drive unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance initiatives to improve application reliability.

- Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and provide effective solutions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Support release planning, deployment, and production issue resolution.

- Deliver scalable and high-performing enterprise mobile applications.

- Improve application architecture and modernization using .NET MAUI.

- Ensure timely delivery of technical milestones and project objectives.

- Ensure seamless integration with backend systems and APIs.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong expertise in .NET MAUI application development.

- Hands-on experience with Xamarin Forms and mobile application modernization.

- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework.

- Experience in Android mobile application development.

- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.

- Experience in REST API integration and backend communication.

- Strong knowledge of Visual Studio and mobile development tools.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks and testing methodologies.

- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.

- Knowledge of secure coding practices and mobile application security.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skillsets :

- Experience in enterprise retail application development.

- Exposure to cross-platform mobile development frameworks.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of cloud-based mobile backend services.

- Familiarity with performance monitoring and analytics tools.

- Experience in application migration and modernization projects.

Qualifications & Certifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong experience in enterprise mobile application development.

- Microsoft certifications preferred.

- Relevant certifications in mobile development are an added advantage.
