Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Consultant with strong expertise in EDM implementation, data integration, data governance, and application support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing Oracle EDM solutions, designing data architectures, integrating data across enterprise systems, and supporting business-critical EDM applications. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data teams, and technical teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and governed enterprise data management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and support Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) applications.

- Configure and maintain EDM solutions to ensure consistent and accurate organizational data.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data management and governance.

- Design and develop data integration solutions to extract, transform, and load data across enterprise systems.

- Build and maintain data interfaces between source and target systems.

- Participate in end-to-end EDM implementation projects.

- Develop and maintain data architecture frameworks supporting enterprise data governance.

- Analyze application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.

- Provide ongoing application support to business users and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful EDM adoption and usage.

- Evaluate and recommend data management tools, technologies, and best practices.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are maintained.

- Support enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

Mandatory Skills :

- Oracle EDM : Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM), deep understanding of EDM application implementation and support, and experience configuring and maintaining EDM applications.

- Implementation Experience : Must have successfully delivered at least 1 - 2 end-to-end Oracle EDM implementations and experience in requirement gathering, solution design, deployment, and post-production support.

- Data Integration : Experience building ETL and data integration solutions, ability to extract, transform, and load data between multiple enterprise systems, and strong understanding of data flow, transformation, and synchronization processes.

- Data Management & Governance : Enterprise Data Management, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality Management, and Data Architecture Design.

- Application Support : Production Support, Issue Analysis and Resolution, User Support, and Application Maintenance and Enhancements.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle EDM Certification.

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise data management programs.

- Exposure to data governance and master data management initiatives.

- Experience with enterprise integration platforms and cloud technologies.

- Experience working in Agile project environments.

- Educational Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Management, or a related discipline.
