Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ETL Testing Engineer with strong expertise in ETL Testing and UI/Functional Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience validating ETL workflows, testing data integrity, and performing functional testing of applications. Strong SQL skills and experience working in Agile environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for ETL processes and data validation.

- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across source and target systems.

- Perform UI and functional testing to ensure application quality and business requirements are met.

- Write and execute complex SQL queries for backend data validation.

- Identify, document, track, and verify defects through to resolution.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to deliver high-quality software.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and testing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of experience in Software Testing, with proven expertise in ETL Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience in UI Testing / Functional Testing.

- Excellent SQL skills with experience working on RDBMS databases.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UI Testing.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
