EAM/CMMS Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced EAM/CMMS Functional Consultant with 7-10 years of experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in maintenance operations, asset management, preventive maintenance, work order management, and asset master data. This role requires close collaboration with business, plant operations, and IT teams to support system implementations, enhancements, deployments, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Key Role & Responsibilities :

- Support and optimize EAM/CMMS business processes related to maintenance and asset management.

- Work closely with business users, plant operations teams, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and understand maintenance workflows.

- Manage and support asset master data, equipment records, maintenance plans, and preventive maintenance processes.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional, process, and system-related issues.

- Support work order lifecycle management, maintenance scheduling, and equipment reliability initiatives.

- Participate in system deployment activities including cutover planning, production validation, and post-go-live support.

- Prepare business process documentation, SOPs, user guides, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.

- Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect management, and validation.

- Support enterprise integrations between CMMS/EAM systems and other business applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during maintenance transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 7-10 years of experience in EAM/CMMS functional consulting, support, or implementation.

- Experience supporting production environments and business-critical maintenance operations.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with process documentation and end-user training.

- Experience in manufacturing, utilities, industrial, oil & gas, or asset-intensive industries.

- Knowledge of enterprise integrations, maintenance transformation programs, and digital asset management initiatives.

- Exposure to deployment, cutover, migration, and post-production stabilization activities.
