We are seeking an experienced Package Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging design and development, bringing innovative solutions to our product packaging needs. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure that packaging is efficient, cost-effective, and meets all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging solutions for various products based on project requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for packaging materials and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance to ensure packaging meets specifications.
• Create and maintain packaging specifications and documentation.
• Test and evaluate packaging for durability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest packaging technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in packaging design and development.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and machinery.
• Proficient in CAD software and packaging design tools.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for packaging.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
