Tech Lead - UiPath Job

Job Description

:

We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong background in UiPath and general software engineering principles. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing automation solutions to optimize business processes for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots that deliver measurable improvements to our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath to address specific business needs.
• Develop comprehensive testing plans and perform thorough testing of RPA bots to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and robustness.
• Using UiPath Orchestrator to deploy RPA solutions into production environments, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues promptly.
• Create detailed documentation of RPA solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides using UiPath PSDD template.
• Stay updated on the latest RPA and automation trends and technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business analysts, Project managers, and Software developers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an RPA lead Developer, with expertise in UiPath (Mandatory to have hands on exp in Document Understanding/Communications Mining/AI Center/Action Center/AI/ML & Modern activities with Object Repository and other advanced features of UiPath) with Microsoft Power Automate a plus
• Good to have experience with UiPath Studio 2022 version or above
• Programming skills, preferably in languages such as C#, Python, or Java a plus
• Proficiency in process analysis, workflow design, and process automation.
• Experience with RPA deployment, monitoring, and maintenance using UiPath with Power Automate a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with version control systems and software development best practices.
• Certifications in UiPath Agentic Automation Developer, UiSAIA, UiADP,AI Certifiedis a must with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
