We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate for our Mule Investigations team within the Legal, Compliance & Secretariat department. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in compliance investigations, with a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into potential compliance violations and ethical breaches.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of investigation findings.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
• Monitor and analyze compliance trends to proactively mitigate risks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to assess complex compliance issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
