Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in automation testing using Selenium and Java. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing automated test scripts, API testing, CI/CD processes, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Develop and execute automation frameworks using Selenium Cucumber.
• Perform API Automation Testing using REST APIs and SOAP UI.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated regression and functional test suites.
• Work with development teams to identify, track, and resolve software defects.
• Prepare comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
• Execute database validation using complex SQL queries.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and integrate automation suites with Jenkins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the SDLC.
• Maintain test artifacts and defect tracking using JIRA and Zephyr.
• Manage source code using Git and Bitbucket.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Should have 4 to 10 Experience in Software Testing and QA Automation
• Must be able to design, implement and execute automated scripts with Selenium, Java
• Working knowledge in Selenium Cucumber.
• Experience in API Automation and working on JIRA, Jenkins, etc.
• Good coding background in Java
• Should have understanding on CI/CD concepts
• Hands-on experience tools like SOAP UI, REST API.
• Working knowledge on Bit Bucket etc
• Good experience in developing complex SQL queries.
• GIT commands and their usage.
• Knowledge on Zephyr is a plus
• Should be an individual contributor
• Strong analytic skills to process complex requirements to come up with end to end scenarios and test cases.
• Keen focus on quality output in software development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
