Job description

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices to improve team maturity and delivery efficiency.
Configure and manage Azure DevOps (ADO) including Boards, Backlogs, Sprints, Queries, Delivery Plans, and Dashboards.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, burndown metrics, and delivery commitments using ADO Analytics.
Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team productivity and project timelines.
Manage cross-team dependencies using ADO work item linking and Delivery Plans.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Development Teams to ensure clear prioritization and alignment.
Build and maintain actionable dashboards and reports including Burndown Charts, Velocity Reports, and Cumulative Flow Diagrams.
Shield development teams from external interruptions while ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospective action tracking and Agile best practices.

Required Skills

2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) configuration and administration.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and stakeholder communication.
Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and team performance analysis.
Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and impediments effectively.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
PMI-ACP
