Network Engineer Profile/ Int. Voice

We are seeking a versatile professional for the Network Engineer Profile/International Voice role at KVC Consultants Ltd. In this position, you will leverage your networking expertise to ensure robust IT infrastructure while also providing critical international voice support. This blended role requires strong technical skills in networking coupled with excellent communication abilities to manage and resolve issues for our global clientele.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Resolve incidents and problems related to network technology, including Routing, Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and Data Center Networks, ensuring resolutions within SLAs.
• Provide international voice support, engaging with customers to resolve technical issues and network-related queries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Troubleshoot and address customer concerns over the phone, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Work closely with networking OEMs for resolution and permanent fixes.
• Manage escalations and act as a trusted advisor for international customers.
• Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately.
• Stay updated on the latest technical developments in networking and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with inter-domain teams to resolve tickets and meet service level agreements.

Skills Requirement:

• Strong knowledge and experience in resolving incidents and problems related to Routing, Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and Data Center Networks.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and neutral accent suitable for international interactions.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage customer interactions and resolve issues over the phone.
• Familiarity with networking OEMs and their support processes.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage diverse responsibilities.
• Basic understanding of ITIL framework is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
