Role: Associate - Community Engagement, Mumbai Experience: 3 to 6 years Salary: 11 to 14 LPA ____________________________________________ Role Overview Seeking a Programme Associate to lead field implementation, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), and project coordination for community development initiatives. The role combines on-ground programme execution with data-driven project management and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead field implementation, beneficiary engagement, and programme delivery in rural communities. Supervise field teams, oversee surveys, and ensure high-quality data collection. Manage monitoring & evaluation activities, including data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and documentation. Prepare project reports, case studies, donor updates, and impact reports. Coordinate with internal teams, government stakeholders, community leaders, and implementation partners. Support project planning, operations, and continuous process improvement. Ideal Candidate: 5–6 years of experience in the development sector, with exposure to both field work and M&E. Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, or a related field. Excellent in data analysis and report writing. Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder management abilities. Self-driven, adaptable, organized, and comfortable working independently in dynamic environments.
