Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system bugs and user issues.
• Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Perform data management tasks including data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansing.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and release management processes.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Salesforce development and support experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, workflows).
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
• Experience with debugging and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
