This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health. About Stealth Company We're an early-stage healthcare startup building a more convenient, patient-first model of care by bringing essential health services directly to people's homes across Bangalore. We're a small, mission-driven team focused on making preventive and routine healthcare more accessible. Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (field-based, travel required) Experience: 0-2 years (freshers welcome) The Role We're looking for a Field Nurse to join our at-home services team. You'll visit clients at their homes across Bangalore, deliver clinical care, and ensure every interaction is safe, professional, and reassuring. This is a field-based role requiring travel across the city. Working hours are flexible, but availability to take assigned visits and remain on call during scheduled working periods is essential. What You'll Do - Administer clinical procedures at clients' homes following standard protocols - Conduct brief pre- and post-procedure assessments - Maintain accurate records for each visit - Communicate clearly with clients and address questions or concerns - Coordinate with the internal team on scheduling and logistics - Follow all handling and safety protocols for medical supplies Requirements - GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing degree - Active Karnataka Nursing Council registration (or eligibility to obtain registration) - Based in Bangalore and willing to travel across the city - Ability to communicate confidently in Kannada and/or Hindi; basic English proficiency - Comfortable working with people of all ages, including children and elderly - Reliable, punctual, and professional
