We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a BPO role at KVC Consultants Ltd. This position offers an opportunity to be a key point of contact for customers, assisting them with various inquiries and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience within a dynamic BPO environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally through various communication channels, which may include voice, chat, or email.
• Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Adhere to established guidelines, procedures, and quality standards for all customer interactions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the designated system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new product information, system updates, and process changes.
