Senior Project Manager- Civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of real estate construction projects from preconstruction through to completion and handover.

• Prepare and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource

allocations.

• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to

ensure design intent and specifications are met.

• Manage site execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and

timelines.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with legal

and regulatory standards.

• Control project costs and monitor progress against budgets; proactively address

variances.

• Review and approve work progress reports, invoices, and change orders.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Ensure adherence to contract terms, statutory approvals, and internal governance

standards.

• Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Mentor and supervise junior project managers, engineers, and site staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master's degree preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in real estate construction project management, preferably with

a developer or top-tier contractor.

• Proven track record in managing high-rise buildings, townships, or commercial

complexes.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction methodologies, building codes, and

safety regulations.

• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
