Senior Software Engineer - Tibco Integration

Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in TIBCO Integration, you will serve as a technical anchor for our mission-critical middleware environments.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex integration flows that facilitate seamless communication between disparate enterprise systems.

Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams and business stakeholders, you will ensure that our integration architecture remains resilient, secure, and capable of supporting high-volume transaction processing.

Your contributions will directly influence the operational efficiency and data integrity of our clients' core business platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable integration solutions using TIBCO BW and TIBCO BE to streamline enterprise data exchange and business process automation.

- Design and deploy robust RESTful services and Web Services to ensure seamless interoperability between legacy systems and modern cloud-native applications.

- Optimize middleware performance by fine-tuning JMS configurations and XML processing logic to meet stringent latency and throughput requirements.

- Lead the migration and modernization efforts by transitioning legacy TIBCO workflows to TIBCO BWCE and microservices-based architectures.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated testing and deployment cycles for all integration components.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues by performing deep-dive root cause analysis on EAI and SOA frameworks to minimize system downtime.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in TIBCO BW, TIBCO BE, and TIBCO BWCE with a proven track record of managing large-scale EAI and SOA environments.

- Strong proficiency in Java development and SQL, enabling the creation of custom functions and complex database interactions within integration flows.

- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and the ability to design decoupled, modular systems that scale effectively.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical constraints and architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

- Proven experience in implementing CI/CD practices within middleware development lifecycles to improve deployment velocity.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with distributed teams while maintaining high standards of code quality and documentation.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration.
