Role Description:
PMO Department is a part of the Global Delivery Portfolio Management Office Division. In the
Senior PMO Officer position, you will be responsible for facilitating best practices to ensure
overall project governance standards are met. By measuring team performance and
coordinating continuous compliance, we want to enable successful delivery in time, budget, and
scope. You will have bigger responsibility, more complex assignments, and more involvement in
strategic PMO scope in comparison to PMO Officer.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Support project team in conducting meetings with stakeholders and technical teams
Support Legal Entities with the implementation of policies & procedures and additional input
required for LEs to close the identified gaps on a weekly basis
Support Stakeholder Management and evidence examples for LEs to support the sign offs
Support in program management by preparing comprehensive materials summarizing the findings
of meetings, including but not limited to slides and analysis, for the Program's stakeholders
Project communication and reporting
collaborating with internal ERGO partners to troubleshoot project planning issues
managing proactively project risks and issues; developing effective mitigation/treatment plans
managing project meetings, schedules, milestones and delivery

Key Competencies & Skills required
Technical:
Knowledge of Project Management
3 - 5 years of experience in the field of PMO having Power BI
expertise
Good experience in Finance processes, Cost estimation,
forecasting, budget management, finance reporting and risk and
compliance
Strong communication skills with English at minimum B2 level
Creating seniors executive level Power BI reports and dashboards.
Ease at working in a multinational environment using foreign
language on daily basis
Proven track of E2E participation in more complex project /
programs or portfolio management office experience
Support internal onboarding, process Sofy and Coupa requests
Support GWC process, resource management, very good finances
understanding
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and
PowerPoint)
Managing the risks, dependencies, tracking changes
Experience in the usage of SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA,
and PPM tools (Clarity)
Experience working with agile and classic project management
methods
Nice to have:
Certification in PMI / PRINCE or similar certification
