Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager with expertise in both Java and .NET technologies to lead cross-functional development teams.

This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic execution to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable driving architecture discussions, mentoring engineers, and managing delivery commitments across enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Engineering Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers working on Java and .NET technology stacks.

- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Establish best practices in coding, architecture, testing, and DevOps.

Technical Oversight :

- Drive system design and architecture for scalable, high-performance applications.

- Ensure adherence to microservices architecture, cloud-native principles, and API-first design.

- Review code, conduct design reviews, and guide teams on technical Management :

- Oversee development across :

1. Java stack : Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs.

2. .NET stack : .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET, Web APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices).

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).

- Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Leadership Skills :

- Proven experience managing teams of 5 to 15 engineers.

- Strong stakeholder communication and decision-making skills.

- Track record of delivering complex projects successfully.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in large-scale enterprise applications or product development.

- Exposure to cloud-native transformations or legacy modernization.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation.

- Prior experience in multi-technology environments (Java + .NET coexistence).
