MuleSoft Developer - Anypoint Platform

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned MuleSoft Developer with 8-12 years of experience to join our integration practice in Hyderabad. In this role, you will serve as a technical anchor, architecting and implementing complex integration solutions that bridge the gap between disparate enterprise systems.

- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, enterprise architects, and key business stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into scalable, high-performance API ecosystems.

- By driving the adoption of API-led connectivity, you will directly influence the digital transformation journey of our clients, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced operational efficiency across the organization. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work arrangement, allowing you to deliver high-impact results in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust integration flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to streamline data exchange between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of API development, from initial design and documentation to deployment and post-production monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Implement API-led connectivity patterns to foster reusability, modularity, and scalability across the enterprise integration landscape.

- Perform complex troubleshooting and performance tuning of integration services to minimize latency and resolve critical system bottlenecks for end users.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, security, and maintainability across all integration projects.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing complex integrations using MuleSoft, with a deep understanding of REST and SOAP protocols to facilitate seamless system communication.

- Proven ability to integrate MuleSoft with Salesforce ecosystems, ensuring data integrity and optimized synchronization between platforms.

- Strong analytical mindset for diagnosing and resolving intricate technical issues, coupled with the ability to communicate technical constraints and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within distributed, remote-first teams and the ability to influence technical decision-making at a senior level.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles and system architecture.

- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment by maintaining high levels of self-discipline, proactive communication, and accountability for project deliverables.
