Trident Group - SAP Non Manufacturing Modules Head

Role Summary :

The incumbent will lead SAP non-manufacturing modules, ensuring efficient execution of finance, procurement, and sales processes through SAP, while driving business transformation and governance across enterprise functions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP Business Modules (Core) :

Lead implementation and support of SAP non-manufacturing modules :

- 1. MM (Procurement & Material Management)

- 2. SD (Sales & Distribution)

- 3. FICO (Finance & Controlling)

- 4. PS (Project Systems, if applicable)

- Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end business transactions.

2. Business Process Optimisation :

- Streamline procurement, sales, and finance processes using SAP.

- Improve process efficiency, automation, and reporting accuracy.

- Reduce manual interventions and strengthen system controls.

3. Cross-Functional Integration :

- Ensure seamless integration with manufacturing modules (PP, QM, etc.) and external systems and third-party applications.

- Enable end-to-end visibility from procurement to sales and finance.

4. SAP Implementation & Transformation :

- Lead SAP S/4HANA rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives across business functions.

- Manage testing cycles, deployment, and change management.

5. Stakeholder & Business Alignment :

- Partner with finance, procurement, and sales leadership.

- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

- Ensure strong user adoption and process compliance.

6. Governance, Risk & Compliance :

- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal control requirements.

- Strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy through SAP.

- Maintain data governance and master data integrity.

7. Vendor & Team Management :

- Lead SAP functional teams across MM, SD, FICO.

- Manage external consultants and vendors.

- Ensure delivery governance, SLAs, and performance tracking.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 10-15 years of experience in SAP MM, SD, FICO modules.

- Strong understanding of finance, procurement, and sales processes.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Proven leadership in managing enterprise-wide SAP functions.

Location :

Ludhiana, Barnala, Punjab, Budhni, MP.

Education :

- UG : B.Com in IT, B.Tech / B.E. in Information Technology, B.Sc in Information Technology (IT), Diploma in IT.

- PG : MBA/PGDM in Information Technology, Master in IT Management in Any Specialization.
