Appzlogic Mobility - Oracle APEX Developer

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Oracle APEX.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Database, SQL optimization, and web application development.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle APEX applications.

- Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

- Create interactive reports, dashboards, forms, and custom workflows.

- Integrate Oracle APEX applications with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.

- Perform data modeling, database design, and query optimization.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.

- Implement security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.

- Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of Oracle APEX development experience.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.

- Experience with SQL tuning and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports migration projects is a plus.

- Experience with RESTful Web Services and API integrations.

- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.

- Knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer and database administration concepts.

- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting production issues.

- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
