Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer having 0 - 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products.

Responsibilities :

Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Advocate for the end-user in all design and development processes.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI / UX design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.

Knowledge of HTML / CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
