Maintenance Engineer Device Reliance & Reduce of Downtime Job Description/: Responsibilities/: Electro/-Hydraulic System Diagnostics/: Maintain ideal system pressure boundaries by diagnosing, rebuilding, and calibrating intricate hydraulic circuits, such as variable displacement pumps, proportional flow/pressure valves, accumulators, servo valves, and directional cylinders. PLC & Automation Troubleshooting/: Determine field sensor malfunctions, I/O module drops, and servo drive failures while troubleshooting and restoring injection molding machine controllers and robotic pick/-and/-place sprue/-gated automation arms. Preventative and Predictive Machine Maintenance/: Conduct thorough hydraulic oil filtration inspections, toggle lubrication audits, platen parallelism adjustments, and organized machine maintenance cycles based on running/-hour thresholds. Lead heavy mechanical refurbishing operations, such as the safe removal, cleaning, inspection, and replacement of worn injection screws, barrels, non/-return valves, tie/-bar bush units, and nozzle tips.
