Reveille Technologies - Technical Lead - AI/ML

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead - AI/ML & Generative AI to drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and MLOps, along with proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade AI applications. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on development experience.

Key Requirements :

- IT experience with a strong focus on AI/ML and software engineering.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- 7+ years of experience working with Docker, containerization technologies, and cloud-native environments.

- 7+ years of experience with databases, including relational, NoSQL, vector, and enterprise data platforms.

- Strong expertise in Generative AI, AI Agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving solution delivery.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and business alignment.

- Design and implement AI Agent frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and other agentic AI technologies to automate complex workflows.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, semantic search systems, and prompt engineering frameworks.

- Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and leading LLM platforms including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source models.

- Drive MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tools.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into innovative AI-driven solutions and technical roadmaps.

- Mentor and guide development teams, establish engineering standards, conduct architecture reviews, and ensure successful project delivery across AI initiatives.
