Your Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team, setting an example of dedication, professionalism, and a growth mindset.

- Provide technical leadership to the Procurement team, being accountable for the work delivered in the areas of Ariba buying, Sourcing, Catalog, SLP, SBN, MM Procurement in S/4HANA.

- To deliver enhancements, system fixes in SAP (RICEFW) in partnership with our AMS providers by managing the releases in related to Procure to Pay processes including but not limited to indirect procurement, supplier management, Vendor integration etc.

- Liaise with business stakeholders, architects, implementation partners to understand requirements, recommend improvements, and deliver scalable solutions.

- Act as a liaison between the team and other stakeholders, ensuring open communication and clear alignment of responsibilities.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define product enhancements requirements and communicate updates on progress.

- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure the team contributes to organizational objectives.

- Review of the Ariba releases to test the new features and updates to Ariba products.

- Perform/Review ALM test script, requirement, test runs, SolMan documentation.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

- Consultant must have minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ARIBA and S/4 Procurement with expertise in the areas below.

Ariba:

- Supplier Life cycle performance-integration to S/4.

- SLP supplier request, registration, qualification, modular questionnaire.

- Sourcing, Guided Sourcing and catalog management.

- Master data replication process from S/4 to Ariba parent and child realms.

- Should have Working knowledge in SAP Business Network & Ariba CIG (Cloud integration Gateway) with knowledge on CIG custom mapping.

- Ariba commerce automation including processing of PO confirmations and Advance Shipping Notifications from SBN and subsequent integrations with S/4.

- Should be familiar with troubleshooting /monitoring transaction flow between S4 and Ariba.

- Working knowledge of setting up invoice transaction rules in Business network.

- Working knowledge on various catalog types, subscriptions, spot configuration.

- Setting up guided buying policies.

- Configuration of Requisition workflows in Ariba.

Material Management:

- PR, PO, output conditions, Invoice IDocs.

- Business Partner, vendor master configuration and maintenance.

- Inbound delivery creation in S/4 from SAP Business Network.

- Basic knowledge of Invoice processing through MIRO, output conditions.

- Basic knowledge of Procurement with Services, Third Party, Consignment, Limits and subcontracting.
