1. Support maintenance and operation of plant machinery and equipment
2. Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance
3. ensure smooth functioning of plant
4. Follow plant safety procedures and SOPs
5. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
6. Maintain maintenance records and daily reports
7. Basics of maintenance (preventive & breakdown)
8. Understanding of pumps, compressors, bearings, gearboxes
9. Drawing reading (2D basics)
10. Knowledge of lubrication & alignment
