About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Engineer / Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale healthcare solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce development, Health Cloud architecture, healthcare data integrations, and patient/member lifecycle management. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, healthcare teams, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Architecture & Design :

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and implementation initiatives.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

- Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand healthcare workflows and translate requirements into technical solutions.

2. Salesforce Health Cloud Development :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

- Build and enhance applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

- Develop Flows, Process Automation, Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing solutions.

- Implement reusable components and frameworks to improve scalability and maintainability.

3. Healthcare Domain Solutions :

- Design solutions supporting patient and member lifecycle management.

- Implement healthcare-specific processes including patient engagement, care coordination, case management, provider management, and member services.

- Understand and optimize payer and provider workflows.

- Support healthcare transformation initiatives through Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities.

4. Integration & Data Management :

- Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and external healthcare systems.

- Work with EHR (Electronic Health Records), EMR (Electronic Medical Records), payer platforms, provider systems, and healthcare applications.

- Design API-led integration strategies using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across healthcare systems.

5. Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments.

- Mentor developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

- Drive technical decision-making and solution optimization initiatives.

6. Performance, Security & Compliance :

- Ensure solutions comply with healthcare industry regulations and security standards.

- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.

- Support compliance initiatives related to healthcare data management.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 8- 13 years of experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.

- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce Flows.

- Strong experience working with Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks.

- Experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions.

- Understanding of healthcare ecosystems, payer/provider operations, and patient/member management processes.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with EHR, EMR, healthcare platforms, and third-party systems.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
