Senior Web Frontend Engineer - React.js & Next.js

Location : Bangalore (Work from Office)

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer Web Frontend to help craft scalable, high-performance, and intuitive web experiences that delight users and drive engagement.

This role is ideal for engineers who combine strong frontend fundamentals with a deep appreciation for user experience, performance, and product thinking.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build highly scalable, responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit.

- Own frontend architecture and deliver seamless user experiences across devices and browsers.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into elegant user interfaces.

- Optimize application performance and improve Core Web Vitals to deliver fast and reliable experiences.

- Develop reusable components and maintain clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

- Implement and enhance user journeys including onboarding, search, listings, notifications, and transaction flows.

- Drive accessibility and responsive design best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering excellence and scalable development practices.

- Continuously improve application quality through testing, monitoring, and iterative enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 6 years of software development experience with strong expertise in frontend technologies.

- Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and Redux Toolkit in production environments.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience building high-traffic, consumer-facing web applications.

- Solid understanding of SSR, SSG, component architecture, state management, and API integrations.

- Exposure to performance optimization techniques, code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and modern frontend best practices.

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, or React Testing Library.

- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and version control systems.

Preferred Background :

- Experience working with B2C or D2C product companies.

- Exposure to products serving a large active user base.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

- Ability to take ownership of features and contribute throughout the product lifecycle.
